Letter templates

Every reply your team sends to a referrer is an opportunity to point them to QGenome. Four standardised templates are available to make this consistent across your whole team.

To roll them out:

• Save the four templates as the only approved versions in your letter library — as SmartPhrases, Meditech auto-text, or on a shared drive

• Retire any older discharge or rejection templates — inconsistent messaging is one of the main reasons referrers don't change their behaviour

• Ask admin colleagues to spot-check the first letters sent after go-live to make sure any placeholders have been filled in correctly
