Email signatures

A consistent QGenome banner across your whole team means every email sent to a referrer includes a reminder — without anyone having to think about it.

To roll it out across your team:

• Agree a standard signature template and share it with the whole team

• Circulate both HTML and plain-text versions so it works across different email setups

• Ask your IT team whether a Microsoft 365 or Exchange rule can automatically apply the banner to every outbound email from your service domain

• Review it quarterly — it's an easy place to update messaging when you have something new to share
