Your website
Your service website is often the first place referring clinicians look before sending a referral. Making QGenome visible there — at the moment they're checking eligibility — is one of the most effective things you can do to encourage them to use it.
Here are four changes worth making:
Add a QGenome panel to the top of the referrals page
Include the QGenome logo, a one-line description, and two clear links: Open QGenome and Download Clinibee.
Create a dedicated Qgenome page
Show the three app store badges, a short screen recording, the three-step sign-up, and a brief FAQ. This gives you a single URL to share with referrers.
Update the referral criteria page
Where it currently says 'your referral must meet these criteria', add a line explaining that the easiest way to check is to complete a QGenome assessment - and that the report can be attached to the referral.
Add QGenome to the homepage shortcuts
Many referrers land on the homepage and search for 'referral' or 'form'. A QGenome tile gives them a direct route.

Check eligibility in minutes with QGenome
Before referring a patient to our service, please use QGenome to check whether the referral meets national testing and triage criteria. QGenome is a free digital tool for clinicians in our region. It takes around two minutes, produces a short report you can attach to the referral, and reduces the chance of the referral being returned. Download Clinibee on iOS, Android, or web, follow the QGenome library, and you're ready to go.
